Suspicious Incident Reported in Shuttington

Creosote has been deliberately spread on part of the playing field by the village hall by person(s) unknown. It is toxic to dogs and can cause a variety of health problems. It is believed this was carried out one night last week – crime ref. 23/31995/18. If you have taken your dog onto the field please don’t hesitate to seek veterinary advice if you think your dog may have been affected.
