Operation Tramline

This week Warwickshire Police OPU have been taking part in Operation Tramline which focuses on offences caused by HGV’s. This is done because of the amount HGV’s contribute to killed and serious injury statistics.
Yesterday on the M40, the unmarked HGV has managed to detect 20 offences which include lorry drivers on their phones and being distracted by watching films etc.
