Officers Moo-ve Cow To Safety After Escaping in Mancetter

Officers on Friday afternoon were called to a cow that had escaped onto the A5 at Mancetter and then went onto a housing estate. After ensuring the animal was safe and making sure it couldn’t get back onto the busy A5, the farmer from another force area was located. Officers helped moo-ve the cow into a trailer with the farmer and get ‘Abby’ home to her herd. Thank you to the residents who stayed calm and assisted the officers in ensuring all ended well.
