OPU Officers Deal With Uninsured Driver on A46

A46 Warwick vehicle stopped for No Insurance, vehicle has been uninsured since August 2018. Vehicle seized driver issued a fine and six penalty points. Unfortunately the driver is still in their first two years of driving so will end up having their licence revoked and have to take a further driving test.
