Stolen Farming Machinery & Plant Valued in Excess of £100,000 Recovered in Bedworth .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Wednesday a stolen John Deere tractor was identified and seized in the Bedworth area by local officers.

A male dealt with at the scene was found to be wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court in relation to driving while disqualified so was arrested and kept in custody to the next available court.

RCO Carol Cotterill worked with the local officers on this for the Rural Crime Team.   Sgt Bob Shaw, PC Andy Timmins and PC Craig Purcell from the Rural Crime Team attended the location near Bedworth yesterday (Friday 13th March) and with Chris Piggott from the National Vehicle Crime Intelligence Service identified the pictured stolen machinery.  All have been recovered and suspects  are now sought for questioning.
