Having stopped a vehicle towing a trailer with a bobcat excavator not strapped down, on close inspection the engine numbers had been drilled out on it which  resulted in one in custody.  Locations have been attended in surrounding counties, potential stolen diggers and equipment seized officers  are now going through the process of identifying the equipment.  All items recovered have had their VIN numbers removed and any plates or manufacture identity removed.
